Everyone loves to move...to wiggle... But who knew it was such a workout!!! So as I reflected on the simple pleasures of my childhood bike riding, the game of "tickle", and DANCE PARTIES!!!!! I'm always a fan of multitasking every step of the way, so why not combine a 30 minute cardio workout with that precious time with your kids, which as a working momma, I'm always looking to get more of. Spotify or Apple Radio are perfect and quick solutions to making a quick play list of your favorite songs that " get your family movin - movin"! I have a 4 year old and a 2 year old who are learning about keeping beat, and isolating each and every body part and doing the shake/shimmy/twist...or whatever you want to call it!
